Job Description:Strategic Technology Institute, Inc. (STi) is seeking qualified applicants for a Senior Supply Analyst position in support of Naval Sea Systems Command’s (NAVSEA) Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) requirements at their research facility in Bethesda, MD.

The Senior Supply Analyst will leverage their military, warehouse and inventory experience to provide material control and data analytics solutions to NAVSEA researchers and staff.

- 3 years of experience with NAVY Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) solutions
- 3 years of experience managing Navy Logistics including Sponsor Owned Material (SOM) or Operating Materials and Supplies (OM&S)
- Previous experience with material accountability and physical inventories of Property Plant and Equipment (PP&E) or Operating Materials and Supplies (OM&S)
- Management of a major project or program level responsibilities
- Management of contractors/subordinates
- A SECRET level Security Clearance is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication, organization, and administrative skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Data Management, Computer/Information Systems, or related field
- Or in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, an additional 5 years of prior military, DoD or related business experience in PP&E or asset management
Skills:
- Working knowledge of DoD Financial Management Regulation (FMR) Volume 4, Chapter 4, DoN Federal Financial Management Improvement Act (FFMIA) Statement of Assurance, and SECNAVINST 4440.33
- Fundamental understanding of Navy supply chain and logistics concepts
- Prior military experience desired
