Junior Functional Analyst; Administrative Project Assistant

Graham Technologies is seeking a Junior Functional Analyst (Administrative Project Assistant) to provide direct administrative support to clinical staff to ensure efficient patient care operations, accurate documentation, and effective clinic workflow management.

Bethesda, MD

• Manage appointment scheduling and patient templates.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation logs.
• Coordinate patient flow and support daily clinic operations.
• Assist with meeting preparation and conference room coordination.
• Support clinical policy and process improvement initiatives.

• U.S. Citizenship is required. Candidate must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government background investigation in accordance with contract requirements.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting healthcare administrative functions.
• Strong Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
