Position: FED Innovation Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) Coordinator

Overview

The Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) Coordinator plays a key coordination role on the Office of Family Assistance (OFA) Family and Economic Stability Demonstration and Innovation Division (FED Innovation) Program Support Project. The TTA Coordinator supports the delivery of group-based TTA to Healthy Marriage and Responsible Fatherhood (HMRF) grantees and Tribal TANF-Child Welfare Coordination (TTCW) grantees. This position is responsible for managing deliverables and timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the quality and consistency of TTA implementation in alignment with OFA priorities.

The role requires expertise in project planning, TTA operations, and stakeholder engagement. The position is remote with some travel required.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for virtual and in-person TTA activities, including webinars, peer exchanges, coaching calls, and site visits.
  • Lead webinars on Zoom for Government, including event set-up, sending meeting invitations, hosting duties, and all pre- and post-activities.
  • Support development and maintenance of project tracking systems and tools, including calendars, deliverable trackers, and meeting schedules.
  • Draft and organize meeting materials, take detailed notes, develop and track next steps, and synthesize key information for internal and client-facing use.
  • Assist with the development, formatting, and submission of TTA products and deliverables to ensure timely and high-quality output.
  • Monitor and support timely communication across project team members, consultants, and grantees, including email follow-up and task assignments.
  • Maintain strong documentation practices and support reporting efforts through accurate recordkeeping.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment and consistency across TTA support activities.
  • Integrate person-centered approaches and continuous improvement into all aspects of project operations.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating administrative or programmatic support activities for federally funded initiatives.
  • Expertise in organizational systems and project coordination.
  • Scheduling and managing meetings.
  • Note-taking and synthesis.
  • Email and communication management.
  • Reporting and tracking deliverables.
  • Familiarity with project management systems (e.g., ).
  • Familiarity with training and technical assistance and/or capacity-building practices.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams), and file sharing platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Trained in Zoom meetings and webinars.
  • Takes initiative and leads tasks without prompting.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across remote teams.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Preferred experience with HMRF and/or TTCW programming or other OFA-funded projects is a plus. Experience working with other ACF-funded grant programs, with public assistance and/or workforce development programs, and/or with community-based organizations also considered.
  • Availability to travel for grantee meetings, site visits, and conferences.
