Bethesda Country Club is hiring a Front Desk Receptionist to welcome all members and guests as they enter the Club, field phone calls, and perform administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity to be a part of an organization that believes our team members are our most important resource and therefore takes great pride in selecting individuals who help us to achieve our Club's mission.
Essential Functions:- Welcoming presence in the main lobby to greet members and guests as they enter and depart the Clubhouse; assist with directions and all other inquiries
- Answer phones, use email and assigned radio to communicate to members and staff in a clear and concise manner
- Transfer calls to the appropriate department and/or take phone messages
- Administrative tasks include ordering supplies, filing and preparing documents as requested
- Keep all Club information accurate and current, including event signs and flyers
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
