Security Officer Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial property.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of interior common areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or access concerns.;
Monitor access points and respond to alarms, door notifications, and visitor activity, verifying credentials and directing visitors, contractors, and deliveries according to site procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing initial assistance, contacting emergency services when needed, and notifying site leadership per post orders.;
Complete detailed shift reports and incident documentation, communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and/or client representatives, and support investigations by preserving information and video requests per procedure.
