Climbing Steps, Inc. is hiring a driven Inside Sales Representative to help grow our direct-to-consumer business across our Mobile Stairlift and Mobile Patient Lift brands.

This role is built for a natural salesperson who thrives on meaningful conversations, disciplined follow-up, and uncapped earning potential. You will work directly with seniors, caregivers, and families who are actively looking for solutions and need a confident, empathetic guide to help them make the right decision.

What This Role Really Is

This is not a passive order-taking position.

You will manage and close inbound leads, re-engage stalled prospects, make outbound follow-ups, and take full ownership of your sales pipeline. Success comes from consistency, thoughtful conversations, and never letting a lead fall through the cracks.

You will live in Hub Spot, using it as a tool to drive performance, not just track activity. You will also help improve how Hub Spot is used across the sales process to increase conversion and efficiency.

Occasional trade show participation may be required.

What You Will Do
  • Speak with seniors, caregivers, and family members to understand needs and recommend solutions
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and confidence
  • Relentlessly follow up. No opportunity left behind
  • Build, manage, and close a full sales pipeline in Hub Spot
  • Use tasks, notes, sequences, and reminders to stay organized and effective
  • Re-engage leads that have gone quiet and uncover new opportunities
  • Take ownership of your numbers and outcomes
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales workflows and Hub Spot utilization
  • Represent the company at select trade shows or events as needed
