Title: Capacity Planning & Operations Analyst
Location: Greater Bethel Area, CT (Onsite 5 days/week)
Employment Type: Contract (6–9 months, potential extension or conversion)

About the roleThis role supports a major production capacity expansion within a regulated manufacturing environment. You will partner directly with Operations and Engineering to define true capacity across value streams, validate routing data, and prepare manufacturing data for ERP readiness.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain Excel-based capacity models tied to demand, BOMs, and routers
- Conduct floor-based time studies to validate cycle times versus system standards
- Identify bottlenecks and constraint operations across multiple value streams
- Reconcile documented routing methods with actual production process flow
- Run load vs. capacity analyses and stress-test demand scenarios
- Prepare validated routing and master data for ERP updates
- Prior experience in Time Study & Capacity Modeling
- Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments (e.g., medical device, aerospace, automotive, robotics)
- Background in complex, multi-value stream manufacturing settings
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel-based modeling proficiency
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Engineering teams
