HR Generalist

• Handling HR administration tasks and maintaining employee records to ensure information is accurate and secure.
• Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Supporting employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation.
• Responding to employee inquiries and assisting with HR-related forms to ensure information is accurate and complete.
• Collaborating with managers to address HR needs and provide administrative support.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or human resources with minimum 5 years of experience within HR.

• Minimum 5 years of experience within Human Resources.
• Must have skills with compliance and labor law, particularly in Connecticut, US is preferred.
• Strong administrative skills within both HR and other administration are preferred.
• Knowledge in systems like “Workday” and “Dayforce” is a plus!
• Fluent in English is a must, Spanish and other languages is a plus.
