Senior Consulting Architect – Security

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consulting Architect Security with deep expertise in Elastic Security / SIEM / SOAR solutions. This role requires strong consulting experience in complex enterprise environments, hands‑on technical depth, and the ability to lead large‑scale security architecture and delivery engagements.

• Elastic Certification (Mandatory):
  Active Elastic Certified Engineer certification
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 12+ years as a Consulting Architect or in senior IT functional leadership roles
• Consulting Background:
  Proven history delivering professional services engagements in complex enterprise environments
• Elastic Domain Expertise:
  Hands‑on experience deploying Elastic solutions in Enterprise Security, SIEM, and SOAR

• Solving complex search relevancy challenges
• Scaling and performance tuning
• High query and indexing throughput platforms
• Benchmarking and optimizing Elastic clusters
• Security Program Leadership:
  Experience leading and delivering Enterprise Security projects at both architectural and program levels

• Hands‑on deployment of Elastic Security solutions OR
• Experience with SIEM tools such as Splunk, Arc Sight, IBM QRadar
• Alternatively, 2+ years as a Security Analyst in Threat Detection & Response roles
• Architecture Knowledge:
  Deep understanding of distributed architectures (applications, databases, systems)
• Cloud & Infrastructure:
  Hands‑on experience with on‑prem environments and/or AWS, Azure, GCP

• Linux
• Networking & Security
• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Infrastructure automation
• Programming/Scripting:
  Experience using Python, JavaScript, Go, or similar languages

• Strong customer advocacy and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to lead architectural discussions and whiteboard solutions
• Proven experience presenting technical solutions to stakeholders
• Open Source Contribution:
  Experience contributing to open‑source projects or documentation
• Travel:
  Willingness to travel up to 40% to client sites as required

• Cloud provider Gen AI certifications
• Additional Elastic Certifications (Elastic Certified Analyst, specializations)
• Specialization in Machine Learning or Data Analytics
• Information Security or Cybersecurity certifications
• Knowledge of the MITRE ATT&CK framework
• Experience working with pre‑sales teams, including SOW scoping and delivery
• Experience as a technical instructor or public speaker on enterprise infrastructure software
• Additional open‑source contributions
