Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate residents and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.

Help residents regain functional independence in ADLs (Activities of Daily Living).

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize resident safety and quality of life.

Maintain accurate, timely documentation of treatments and progress.

🩺 Requirements:

Licensure:
Active California Occupational Therapist License.

Experience:

Previous experience in Skilled Nursing or Post-Acute care is preferred.

Skills:

Strong clinical expertise and excellent communication skills.

Mindset: A compassionate, patient-centered approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
