Position Summary

The Dental Clinic Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for front office management, including scheduling, reception, and registration of patients.

Position Qualifications
  • Minimum Education:

    AA Degree in Administration or Management preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of dental experience in preparation with an emphasis in Business/Office Management.
  • Minimum Experience:

    At least two years working in an office environment; a degree may be substituted for an excellent candidate.
  • Supervision experience preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • Standard office equipment and software (copier, fax, computer including MS Word, Excel, e-mail, and accessing the World-Wide Web).
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and PC software skills; strong verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal, coaching, consulting and process and project management skills.
  • Directly supervises three (3) Dental Front Desk staff.
