Finishing Team Lead

Join our Bethel Bakery team as a Finishing Team Lead!

• Train and support team members in finishing tasks
• Write daily task lists and assist in managing workflow
• Ensure high standards of quality, presentation, and cleanliness
• Communicate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
• Help manage inventory and order supplies for the department
• Support finishing operations in the Supervisor/Manager’s absence
• Assist with hiring decisions, new employee training, and employee performance feedback

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of previous bakery or finishing experience
• Leadership or team lead experience
• Physically capable of being on your feet all day, able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and frequent use of large and small pastry bags, requiring sustained and repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions
• Comfortable working around varying temperatures, including heat from ovens and cold from coolers/freezers.
• Must pass a drug & criminal background check

• 40 hours/week
• Tues‑Fri; 6:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
• Saturdays; 3:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
• $17–$18/hour
