Account Manager

Fox & Owl Marketing is looking for an Account Manager who loves people, thrives on organization, and understands the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape. This is a remote role where you'll be the connective tissue between our clients and our team, keeping relationships strong, projects on track, and clients confident that they're in good hands.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based client relationships
• Coordinate with our internal team (SEO, PPC, web, and content) to ensure deliverables are on time and on point
• Communicate campaign performance, updates, and strategy clearly to clients
• Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and flag potential concerns early
• Collab with our Project Manager to ensure projects are organized and moving using Click Up and Go High Level

• 3–4+ years of experience in account management, client success, or a related role — ideally in a digital marketing agency environment
• Solid understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, web design, and/or content marketing)
• Hands‑on experience with Click Up for project and task management
• Hands‑on experience with Go High Level (GHL) for CRM and client communication workflows
• Exceptional communication skills — you make clients feel heard, valued, and informed
• Detail‑oriented and organized — you don't let things fall through the cracks
• Comfortable working remotely within CST business hours (8am–5pm)
