Key responsibilities include:

• Provides Physical Therapy services to patients by assisting in the assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation
• Functions under the supervision of the Physical Therapist
• Adheres to applicable principles and practices of physical therapy, Brookdale policies/procedures, and state regulations

We seek the following principal qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
• State PTA license
• Outpatient and/or Home Health experience
• Geriatric experience, preferably in an independent living, assisted living, or snf setting
