Mechanical Technician

Seeking a Mechanical Technician with strong instrumentation and control system experience to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical and process equipment within an industrial environment.

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot pumps, motors, valves, gearboxes, and related mechanical equipment
• Calibrate, test, and repair instrumentation including pressure, flow, level, and temperature devices
• Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled systems and associated I/O components
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on control panels and field devices
• Read and interpret P&IDs, loop diagrams, wiring schematics, and mechanical drawings
• Align pumps and motors, perform vibration checks, and complete seal and bearing replacements
• Support system start-ups, shutdowns, and commissioning activities

• Experience in water and wastewater treatment facilities
• Familiarity with chemical feed systems, clarifiers, blowers, and filtration systems
• Working knowledge of SCADA systems and industrial communication protocols
