Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Position Type: Direct Hire

Pay: $22/hour+

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Work Environment: Fully onsite | Business casual

A growing organization in Oklahoma City is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to support the business office by managing high-volume invoice processing and ensuring accurate, timely payments. This role will serve as a key resource for accounts payable operations and requires someone comfortable working independently while maintaining strong attention to detail.

• Process and manage a high volume of invoices each month while ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
• Oversee the full accounts payable cycle from invoice receipt through payment and reporting
• Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices and payments
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and assist with resolving discrepancies
• Support internal teams with AP-related questions and processes
• Assist with expense and credit card reconciliation activities
• Utilize ERP or accounting systems to maintain accurate financial records and reporting

• Experience managing full-cycle accounts payable in a high-volume environment
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems
• Credit card processing and reconciliation experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
