Benefits You Can Count On- Pay Rate: $80,000 to $90,000 (experienced drivers can make $100K+)
- Referral bonus $3,000
- Pay Structure: hourly, miles, stops, and cases

- Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report.
- Inspect bill of lading, verify accuracy, and store keys.
- Drive tractor‑trailer to destination, applying commercial driving regulations and skillful maneuvering.
- Maintain driver log (manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations; document delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions.
- Unload trailer and deliver product into customer premises.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
- Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
- English reading, writing, and comprehension sufficient to perform job‑related tasks safely.
