* Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently

* Take accurate customer orders and input them into our system

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment

* Assist with various tasks as needed, including food preparation and packaging

* Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. when required

Qualifications

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor

* Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment

* Cash handling experience and basic math skills

* Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed

* Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and processing

* Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

* Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred

* Previous customer service experience is a plus
