Minimum $16.00/hr; maximum $17.00/hr.

• Travel to assigned retail stores and conduct visits within your territory
• Audit, maintain, and install consumer electronics displays and products such as TVs, tablets, headphones, speakers, printers, and phones
• Partner with team members on 2–3 person projects (e.g., appliance or TV installs)
• Build and maintain positive in‑store relationships
• Complete assignments assigned by your BDS Manager
• Report on time from your personal mobile device
• Schedule and complete work per BDS standards during onboarding
• Receive materials at home or pick up at Fed Ex and deliver to retail locations
• Other tasks as requested by management

Experience and Education

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Prior merchandising, customer service, or retail experience preferred

Skills and Attributes

• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills
• Proficient with smartphone or tablet (Android or Apple) with GPS for photo uploads and reporting
• Must own a basic toolkit (reimbursed after probation); toolkit includes multi‑screwdriver, torx bit set, hammer, cordless drill, allen wrench, box cutter, and more
• Complete required BDS online training before in‑store work
• Must be 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

• Flexible Monday‑Friday, early morning to midday; occasional weekend hours
• At least 20 hours per week
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
• Travel within designated 60‑mile radius; company pays drive time and mileage

• Regularly stand, walk, bend over, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, grasp, push or pull, talk or hear, and drive
• Regularly lift and carry 40+ pounds
• Climb a ladder over 10 feet tall
• Complete required certification to use moving equipment (e.g., forklifts) as may be needed
• Occasionally travel by flight or other transportation modes

The pay range for this position is based on relevant experience, education, and other factors; final compensation will be determined during the interview process and will comply with all applicable wage laws and regulations.
