We are seeking a full‑time on‑site Laborer to join our team in Bessemer, AL. The Laborer will be responsible for assisting in steel fabrication and bending processes, handling materials safely, ensuring equipment is maintained, and keeping the work area clean and organized. This role includes lifting, moving, and operating machinery under guidance while complying with safety regulations and contributing to the efficient completion of projects.

• Experience in steelwork, fabrication, or manufacturing processes is preferred
• Basic mechanical skills, including the ability to operate and maintain machinery
• Knowledge of material handling and safe operating practices
• Strong physical stamina, with the ability to handle heavy lifting and work in industrial environments
  
  Teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively on‑site
• Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and workplace efficiency practices (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in steel fabrication is advantageous but not required
