Press Assistant & Operator Backup

A leading manufacturing company located in Bessemer, Alabama is seeking an individual to assist the Operator overseeing press operations. This role involves operating machinery, training crew members, and maintaining safety and cleanliness in a challenging environment. Candidates must be able to lift and stand for extended periods and have a working knowledge of safety policies. Education at least at the high school level is preferred, alongside a willingness to learn.

The position requires a basic understanding of production software.
