** Position Summary**:

As a Logistics supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating activities for the warehouse and shipping departments for a given shift. You will coach, guide, and mentor a group of associates to create culture of safety, quality, and service.  You will collaborate across departments and sites in an effort to drive continuous improvement within inventory management, labor productivity, and customer service activities.
*** This is an overnight shift with hours from 5:30pm-6:00am. Some weekend work required.
***** Responsibilities**:
* Develop and sustain a culture of safety through regular presence on the floor, engaging with team members across functions to identify improvement opportunities, and ensure completion of all relevant training and observations
* Ensure all team members follow standard work procedures that allow for accurate inventory counts across all raw materials and finished goods inventory locations
* Develop and sustain staffing model meet inbound and outbound shipment requirements, while striving to remain a shipper of choice for carriers
* Hire, train, develop, and grow team of hourly associates to exceed customer expectations and consistently deliver financial results
* This position has responsibilities related to Food Safety and Quality
