• Lead and develop a team of technicians, parts/service staff, and support personnel
• Oversee scheduling, workflow, work orders, and logistics
• Ensure high-quality repair and maintenance of construction/heavy equipment
• Serve as a primary customer contact—owning communication, service excellence, and issue resolution
• Manage parts inventory, facility operations, service vehicles, and shop tools
• Monitor KPIs: response times, resolution rates, customer satisfaction, and productivity
• Manage budgets, cost control, labor efficiency, and service revenue
• Drive continuous improvement across safety, operations, and customer experience

• Background in construction equipment
  , heavy equipment service
  , industrial machinery
  , or related fields
• Leadership experience managing technicians or service teams
• Strong mechanical/technical troubleshooting capability
• Excellent communication, customer service, and decision-making skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment
• Knowledge of Taylor equipment is a plus

• Service center, shop, or operations management experience
