Parts Counter Clerk

Overview

• Follow Guidelines to Maintain a Safe Working Environment
• Assist Different Areas of the Plant by Pulling and Distributing Parts and Supplies
• Assisting in the Stores Department with Inventory, Parts, Data Entry, and Organizing
• Accepting and Entering Received Deliveries o Input Received Purchase Orders into Fish Bowl for Inventory Purposes
• Assist with Items being Received and Picked Up o Directing Drivers where they need to be for these items o Lifting and Organizing Parts and Supplies
• Maintained an Organize Stores Area
• Issue Out Replacement PPE items, Tools, and Parts while Maintaining Log of Activity
• Inspect Maintenance Checklists (Currently Forklifts & Cranes) o If Parts Need to Be Ordered / Replaced o If Fuel Needs to be Filled o Checklists will be Turned into Human Resources for Record Keeping
• Perform additional Tasks as instructed by Supervisor including Clean-Up and Housekeeping Tasks

Skills and Experience

Organized, Detailed, and People Oriented
• Forklift and Warehouse Skills
• Working Knowledge of Different Hand Tools, Power Tools, and Parts for Various Types of Job Tasks o Including Carpentry, Concrete, Electrical, Welding, and Plumbing Supplies
• Skilled in Data Entry, Inventory, Microsoft Office, RFID Scanners, and Receiving Computer Software
