Responsibilities

Manage the Preventive Maintenance System (INFOR) and ensure proper execution and closure of work orders generated from the MP in molding and building, achieving 100% compliance.

Coordinate weekly activities to eliminate faults of the top three dead‑time machines and verify effectiveness.

Register critical spare parts for the molding and building areas in the system, maintaining minimum and maximum stock levels.

Attend production meetings to present action plans for common faults and high‑dead‑time issues.

Participate in Engineering Change Meetings.

Coordinate annual maintenance for the electric sub‑station, compressors, and chillers.

Schedule vacations, overtime and permits for maintenance technicians and supervisors.

Create downtime graphs and MP compliance reports for the Molding, FIP, and Building areas to present to department management.

Implement improvement ideas that save energy for the benefit of the plant.

Required Experience

• 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience.

• 3–5 years within the automotive industry.

Travel & Work Environment

Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants that may require climbing, lifting or confined‑space work.

Key Skills & Knowledge

Timer, counter, electronics, encoders/decoders theory, Ohm’s Law, hydraulics theory and functionality.
Forklift and overhead crane operation and certification.
TS 16949 awareness.
ISO 14001 orientation/awareness training.
Internal customer‑service orientation.
Passion for excellence and attention to detail.
Team orientation and excellent math skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Engineering, or related field.

Additional Information
