Flex Security Officers

Flex Security Officers Needed for Afternoon & Night Shifts - $20.00 per hour

We are seeking Flex Security Officers to work on afternoon and/or night shifts, including weekends if needed. Candidates will receive full–time hours plus overtime as required, and will be trained at various locations to cover vacations and sick time. A reliable vehicle and willingness to travel up to 25 miles to work sites is required.

• Understand and maintain general post instructions for the assigned post
• Maintain practical knowledge of additional and emergency post instructions as required by the client
• Implement access control procedures set by management
• Utilize access control, visitor management and CCTV systems as needed
• Document and report any property damage and special occurrences
• Monitor CCTV to guard against trespassing
• Respond to incidents and document events accurately
• Provide excellent customer service, public‑relations interactions and maintain an impeccable image at all times

• Must be available for afternoon and night shifts
• Strong attention to detail and excellent observation skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in all situations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be at least 21 years old
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent military service record
• Valid Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC) or willingness to apply for one
• 20‑hour training certificate required within 30 days of employment
• Must complete pre‑employment screening, including drug screening
• Maintain an impeccable image and adhere to professional grooming standards
• Mature demeanor, personality and attitude
• Strong customer service and public‑relations skills; ability to interact with diverse cultures and backgrounds
• Excellent verbal, written and non‑verbal communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work with access control software programs
• Maintain a working telephone at all times
• Reliable transportation
