Hello, nurses! We are Reliance Home Health Caregivers!

We now need a nurse to take care of an 8 month old male residing in Berwyn, IL 60402 every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8pm-6am.

Provide 24‑hour, one‑on‑one nursing care to a pediatric patient in a home health setting, including management of ventilator, trach, and gastrostomy care.

• Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Illinois
• Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care as an RN/LPN
• Valid CPR card

• Proof of citizenship or authorization to work in the United States
• Successful completion of a comprehensive background check
• Pre‑employment drug screening
• Pre‑employment physical examination

Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time, Temporary

Pay: LPN $38/hr / RN $47/hr

• Flexible hours/scheduling for Fulltime, Part time or PRN
• Shift options: 8, 10, 12 or 16 hours (employee’s choice)
