12 Hour Night Shift

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) who are dedicated to providing exceptional care to those we serve at Mac Neal Hospital. You will manage a wide range of diagnoses and advance nursing skills in a team‑oriented unit. The ICU unit has 17 private rooms with 24/7 physician and resident support. Common conditions addressed include MI, DKA, Sepsis, Liver Failure, CVA, and post‑surgical vascular procedures.

• A Degree from an accredited school/college of nursing is required – BSN or ADN
• BLS Provider (accredited by the American Heart Association) required prior to hire
• Illinois Board of Nursing license prior to hire
• At least 2 years of inpatient nursing experience, or 2 years of ED nursing experience

BSN Pay Range: $34.76 - $57.06 per hour
ADN Pay Range: $32.31 - $50.71 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
