Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift

We are seeking registered nurses (RNs) who are dedicated to providing exceptional care to those we serve at Mac Neal Hospital. The ICU unit has 17 private rooms and physician and resident support 24/7. Common conditions include MI, DKA, sepsis, liver failure, CVA, and post‑surgical vascular procedures. You will manage a wide range of diagnoses and advance your nursing skills in a team‑oriented unit.

What Registered Nurse RN Will Need

• A Degree from an accredited school/college of nursing is required - BSN or ADN
• BLS Provider (accredited by the American Heart Association) required prior to hire
• Illinois Board of Nursing license prior to hire
• At least 2 years on inpatient nursing experience, or 2 years of ED nursing experience

BSN Pay Range: $34.76 - $57.06 per hour

ADN Pay Range: $32.31 - $50.71 per hour

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
