Responsibilities- Performs day‑to‑day Respiratory Care, including bronchial hygiene procedures, oxygen initiation and follow‑up, and care of Emergency Room patients in need of Respiratory Services.
- Sets up and performs complex respiratory care procedures such as continuous artificial ventilation and administration of medications.
- Records patient data, including ventilatory volumes, pressure/flow measurements, and blood gas analysis.
- Associate degree in Respiratory Care; bachelor’s preferred.
- CPR/BLS certification from American Heart Association.
- Current Illinois state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) through NBRC.
- (CRT credential and IL state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist required within 6 months of hire).

$36.50 - $48.84 per hour
