A growing family-owned retail company in Berwick-upon-Tweed is seeking a part-time Retail Store Supervisor to assist in running the store. This role includes managing retail colleagues, handling customer service, and ensuring store operations run smoothly. While previous supervisory experience is preferred, training will be provided to the right candidate. The position involves working 32 hours over 4 days, including weekends.
