Bar & Restaurant Team

At Verdant Parks, we believe the key to a great holiday is getting the fundamentals right — and that includes delicious food, refreshing drinks, and friendly, efficient service in our bars and restaurants.

That’s why we’re looking for a Complex Team Member who takes pride in the basics: serving guests with care, keeping areas clean and well‑stocked, and following procedures correctly.

• Serve food and drinks to guests.
• Assist the chefs in the kitchen.
• Promote the entertainment on offer.
• Ensure the venue is clean and welcoming.
• Work as part of the team and support day‑to‑day operations across the bar and restaurant areas.

• Previous experience in a similar role, or the ability to learn quickly.
• Enthusiastic, friendly with excellent numeracy and communication skills.

Salary: £8.35 per hour (age 16‑17), £12.21 per hour (age 18+). Contract type:
Seasonal.
