- Erfahrung in der Leichtathletik, idealerweise als Trainingsleiter:in
- Vorzugsweise eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Swiss Athletics Trainer:in C, Sportlehrerausbildung oder vergleichbar
- Freude daran, Jugendliche gezielt zu fördern
- Interesse an einer Anstellung für mindestens zwei Jahre
Du verstehst, wie Leistung entsteht. Durch kluge Planung, konsequente Umsetzung und Begeisterung die ansteckt.
Wichtig ist aber dein Wille, Athlet:innen auf das nächste Level zu bringen.
