Senior Full Stack Developer

For our client located in Bern
, we are looking for a motivated Senior Full Stack Developer
.

In this role, you are responsible for the end-to-end development, operation, and continuous improvement of our master data management applications within an international Dev Ops team across Switzerland and Spain.

• End-to-end development of business-critical applications within a Dev Ops team, including implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and support
• Design, development, and maintenance of backend services based on Java and Spring (Spring Data, Hibernate)
• Development and maintenance of frontend components using Angular (Kendo UI)
• Design and implementation of RESTful APIs and integration with internal and external systems
• Development and optimization of relational database models, including complex SQL and ETL scripts (DML/DDL)
• Operation and deployment of applications on Kubernetes-based platforms
• Close collaboration with cross‑functional and international teams in an agile Scrum environment
• Active contribution to code quality, system stability, and continuous improvement of development and Dev Ops processes

• Strong expertise in Java (Core Java, OOP, design patterns, data structures) with at least 5 years of professional experience
• IT education; an academic degree in computer science or a related field is a plus
• Solid experience with Spring Framework

• Practical experience in frontend development with Angular (experience with Kendo UI is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and the ability to write complex SQL and ETL scripts
• Advanced hands‑on experience with Kubernetes (K8s)
• Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with Dev Ops principles and full application lifecycle responsibility
• High level of persistence in solving complex problems, proactive mindset, and strong sense of ownership
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and take personal responsibility for deliverables
• Fluent English in a professional, international working environment
