Für spannende Montageprojekte in der Region Bern sucht unser Kunde nach Vereinbarung eine/n kompetente/n Chefmonteur.
Ihre Aufgaben:- Leitung und Koordination von Montageprojekten (Fassaden, Stahlbau, Vordächer, allgemeiner Metallbau)
- Führung eines Teams von ca. 5-8 Monteuren
- Organisation und Steuerung mehrerer Baustellen gleichzeitig
- Schnittstelle zwischen Werkstatt, Montage und Bauleitung
- Aktive Mithilfe auf der Baustelle
- Sicherstellung von Qualität, Termintreue und effizientem Ablauf
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Montage
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung z. B. als Konstrukteur, Monteur oder Metallbautechniker
- Erfahrung in Personalführung und Baustellenorganisation
- Belastbar, flexibel, lösungsorientiert und innovativ
- Ideales Alter: 30-45 Jahre
- Hauptsächlich regionale Einsätze im Raum Bern

- Eigenes Servicefahrzeug
- Überdurchschnittliche Vergütung
