In this position you will be delivering revenue and profit growth by developing key accounts and executing strategic sales plans eventually leading cranial and spinal solution sales for neurosurgical and C-suite accounts in Suisse Romandie.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned :

  • Actively manage the capital funnel with capital specialist prioritize of account activities and negotiate clinical rep resources with DM or CM identify map and build relationship with all key decision makers and influencers including sub-specialists and particular chief of Neurosurgery department and C-suite
  • Prepare sales proposals and quotations ensure funding negotiate contract and terms close deals manage all account sales processes on prioritized accounts
  • Identify account potential for defined product scope develop account sales strategy and plan according account segmentation concept with long- medium- and short-term perspective orchestrate execution of plans.
  • Interface with Marketing Clinical Sales Specialists with high relationship building skills on department chief level
Required knowledge and experience
  • Educational background at least at a Bachelors level
  • Professional fluency in English and French in writing and in speech
  • At last 3 yeas of commercial experience in cranial and spinal solutions with strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Team player attitude and ability to cooperate within a team
  • Ability to work independently and without supervision
  • Full clean drivers license along with computer literacy
