Sie sind verantwortlich für die Organisation und die finanziellen Aspekte des Shops, kümmern sich um die Warenbewirtschaftung und beraten Kund:innen. Kandidat:innen sollten eine Ausbildung im Detailhandel vorweisen, Führungserfahrung besitzen und Freude an Kundenkontakt haben. Eine Investition von CHF 130'000 bis 150'000 ist erforderlich, abhängig von der Shopart. Flexible Arbeitszeiten und umfassende Unterstützung werden geboten.
