• Bewertung von Objekten
• Erstellung von objektspezifischen Vermarktungskonzepten
• Begleitung von potenzieller Kundschaft im Such- und im Kaufprozess
• Repräsentation von Swiss Life Immopulse im Bereich des Immobiliengeschäfts
• Vermittlung von Versicherungsgeschäften und Hypotheken (Cross Selling)

• Erfolgreicher Lehrabschluss (Fähigkeitszeugnis)/Mittelschulabschluss oder erfolgreiche Weiterbildung im Bereich der Bau-/Baunebenbranche
• Berufserfahrung im Immobilienmaklergeschäft
• Erfolgsnachweis im Verkauf von Immobilien
• Gute Vernetzung im Tätigkeitsgebiet
• Unternehmerisch denkend, belastbar und kontaktfreudig
