Aufgaben gehören das Erreichen der Produktionsziele, die Inbetriebnahme und Überwachung der Anlage sowie das Beheben kleinerer Störungen. Die ideale Kandidatin/der ideale Kandidat hat eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Lebensmittelbereich oder eine technische Ausbildung, bringt Erfahrung im Produktionsbetrieb mit und beherrscht sehr gut die deutsche Sprache. Schichtarbeit ist erforderlich.
