- Lead the Executive Office team and coordinate key projects, strategic tasks, committee work and policy documents for the Senior Vice President C5I
- Lead the ICT control and reporting team to ensure ICT control and comprehensive executive reporting.
- Mentor key staff in governance, risk and compliance (GRC) and audit, quality and process, security and marketing communications, and be responsible for the strategic development of these areas.
- Coordinate legal matters with the General Counsel
- Be responsible for information security, reporting directly to the holding company and implementing physical and digital security requirements.
- Developing the organisational structure and driving the organisation forward through a practical approach to flexible growth
- Optimising departmental processes to increase quality and efficiency
- Coordinating with other divisions within the group to ensure the effective implementation of initiatives and projects
- A law degree is required; additional training in management information technology or business administration is an asset.
- Several years of experience in a management position, as well as leading specialists.
- Confident attitude at the management level.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and to engage and support different specialists (teams).
- Proactive and solution-oriented (practical) working style.
- Fluency in German and English (level C2), knowledge of French is an asset.
- A military career as a senior non-commissioned officer or officer is an asset.
