Eine militärische Organisation in Bern sucht eine Führungskraft für den Bereich Führungsdienst. Die Person leitet sämtliche organisatorischen Maßnahmen, vertritt den Stabschef und gewährleistet die Koordination zwischen Führungsdiensten. Erforderlich sind ein Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder Public Management sowie IPMA-Zertifizierungen. Eine Erfahrung als Milizoffizier ist von Vorteil. Es wird eine Vielfalt am Arbeitsplatz sowie Unterstützung für die Gesundheit aller Mitarbeitenden angeboten.
