Job Description

**** How you will contribute
*** Responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring the entire production process to ensure efficient resource utilization, on-time product delivery, and cost efficiency
* Responsible for export/shipping, ensuring compliance with trade laws and efficient logistics for cross-border goods traffic, and handling complaints with suppliers
* Monitoring raw material inventories and ordering packaging materials
* Utilizing data analytics to monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
* Supporting supply chain projects (e.g., S4H), digitalization projects, and more
* Leading, engaging, and developing employees in planning and customer service, building a high-performing team
* Member of the leadership team
** What you will bring
** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career. You will bring experience and knowledge in:
* At least 7-8 years of experience in planning and/or logistics, out of which at least 3 years in a people management role, as well as sound knowledge of production processes
* Strong leadership skills
* Knowledge about Customs Compliance (e.g. Import/Export, IPR, etc.)
* Excellent analytical skills regarding the design of material flows and the elimination of losses throughout the supply chain
* Experience in inventory management / CPIM certification is an advantage
* Excellent communication skills
* Very good ERP knowledge required (SAP/APO/KPA/WPA)
* Fluent English and good German skills
