You are passionate about project management and want to contribute your know-how in the field of information science and data management? You want to be the central contact person for our customers and the development team in all project phases? Then you are the right person for us!

• You accompany customers on their way to digitization. This includes the recording of the current situation, the development of solutions and the creation of concepts for implementation
• You implement our solutions for customers in the public and private sector
• You plan, manage and lead customer projects according to deliverables, deadlines, costs, quality and risks, create status reports, identify deviations and are responsible for monitoring and reporting risks and opportunities
• You analyze customer needs and derive the required business processes from them
• You moderate workshops and conduct trainings
• You create offers and participate in presales activities

• You have a university degree (preferably in computer science, business informatics, information science or comparable) and are very interested in and enjoy working for customers in the digital environment.
• You already have several years of experience in managing IT projects
• You have basic knowledge in the areas of business administration, records management and digital file management
• Ideally, you already have knowledge of the Hermes project management method (certification is an advantage) and are familiar with agile procedures (e.g. SCRUM).
• Your high customer orientation, independent and responsible work as well as analytical and conceptual skills complete your profile
• You are familiar with common tools such as Jira and Confluence and have experience working with agile teams
• You have a good command of written and spoken German, a good command of written and spoken French, English skills are an advantage
