QA Software Engineer

• Test and validate integrations between Cisco Contact Center and Salesforce
• Contribute to and take ownership of quality assurance activities in your Scrum team
• Design, implement and maintain automated tests (UI, API, integration)
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline
• Improve our testing framework and tooling
• Work closely with experienced software developers and product owners in a Scrum team
• Support releases with structured testing, regression, and quality reporting
• Perform exploratory and regression testing where needed
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards
• Gaining deeper exposure to system integrations while steadily growing your professional responsibility
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software testing and test automation
• Practical experience designing and maintaining automated tests using Playwright
• Solid working knowledge of Type Script in a test automation context
• Experience working with Git Lab based workflows and CI/CD pipelines
• Interest in complex systems, integrations, and enterprise software
• You are comfortable working in an agile environment (Scrum/Dev Ops)
• Practical experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud is a big plus
• Fluent in German and English is required
• ISTQB certifications at Advanced level is a nice to have
