We’re looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join our team in Zurich.

• Organize and lead the Scrum ceremonies according to SCRUM and SAFe (Review, Retro, Sprint- and PI-Planning, Inspect & Adapt, Daily)
• Coaching and further development of the teams
• Ensuring and optimising the agile project method
• Leading the collaboration between architects, product owner and epic owner
• Supporting the product owner in maintaining the backlog
• Orchestration within the SAFe construct and support of the RTE
• Participation in resource procurement
• +5 years of experience as Scrum Master in different teams and organisations
• Knowledge of Scrum methods and practices
• Ability to lead Scrum teams
• Know-how of SAFe
• Languages:
  
  German and English, fluently spoken and written
• 50%
