Position
Business Analyst (m/w/d) – 80% – Standort:
Bern
Wir suchen eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die unsere Invoice-to-Pay‑Prozesse im Rahmen der SAP‑S/4
HANA‑Einführung weiterentwickelt und den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer SAP‑Systeme sicherstellt.
- Weiterentwicklung des zentralen Invoice-to-Pay‑Prozesses
- 2nd-/3rd-Level-Support für SAP VIM, FI‑AP und MM
- Verantwortung für Design, Umsetzung und Go‑Live
- Testing, Qualitätssicherung und Koordination von Transporten
- Durchführung von Workshops mit Fachbereichen und IT
- Erfahrung als Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer in SAP‑Projekten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP VIM, FI‑AP, MM sowie Schnittstellen
- Verständnis für Einkaufs‑, Finanz‑ und Invoice-to-Pay‑Prozesse
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Eigeninitiative
- Ausbildung in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
- Sehr gutes Deutsch, Englisch mind. B2
