Solution Consultant

Protocol AI is transforming the way clinical trial protocols are designed. Our platform helps biopharma teams streamline protocol development using intelligent automation, deep domain expertise, and structured data standards. We work with top pharmaceutical and biotech companies to bring new levels of efficiency, quality, and consistency to protocol design.

We are looking for a fast-learning, hands-on Solution Consultant to support our growing client base. In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients and our product team, showcasing the power of Protocol AI through engaging demos, platform onboarding, and tailoring the platform to meet client-specific needs.

• Conduct product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients
• Conduct onboarding and training activities for new clients
• Understand client workflows and requirements to guide solution design
• Implement and configure client-specific document templates and settings within Protocol AI
• Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to support onboarding and customizations
• Translate client feedback into actionable improvements for the platform

• Master’s in Life Sciences or a related field
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Comfortable with software tools and a willingness to get hands-on with configuration tasks
• Experience working with clinical research or life sciences software is a strong plus
• Knowledge of clinical trial protocols or regulatory documentation is a plus
• Experience delivering training is a plus
