Aufgaben gehören das Entgegennehmen von Störungsmeldungen, das Beantworten von Fragen der Endanwender sowie das Verwalten von Tickets. Bewerber sollten eine abgeschlossene EFZ-Ausbildung im Informatikbereich haben und Erfahrung im Service Desk mitbringen. Deutschkenntnisse auf Niveau C2 sind zwingend notwendig, während Kenntnisse in Französisch oder Italienisch von Vorteil sind. Eine Vollzeitstelle im dynamischen Team mit der Option auf Homeoffice nach Einarbeitung wird angeboten.
