Over the coming years, the focus will be on SAP S/4

HANA and the redesign of processes, data, and the IT application landscape around the ERP solution, and we are looking for a motivated and committed SAP QM Consultant to support the implementation and testing of SAP S/4

HANA QM processes in plant engineering within a professional Dev Ops team.

• Make a decisive contribution to the standardisation of QM processes with SAP S/4
  
  HANA
• Participate in business meetings and advise stakeholders with a meta-level view of standard SAP QM processes
• Clarify functional, technical, and architectural requirements and document the outcomes
• Actively collaborate in a highly motivated team of approximately 10 members, including a Product Owner and Scrum Master, and share knowledge proactively
• Within the SAFe framework, analyse, implement, and test new features during the Program Increment (PI) in a 10-week cycle
• Play an active role from planning through acceptance of each increment, contributing to the achievement of PI objectives

• Several years of experience with SAP QM in an S/4
  
  HANA environment
• In-depth knowledge of SAP QM customizing
• Very good knowledge of standard SAP QM processes and the 9-phase model
• Strong business analysis and testing skills
• Enjoyment of working in an agile, customer-oriented team
• High level of initiative and ability to grasp complex topics quickly
• Highly structured working style
• Very good command of German and English

• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4
  
  HANA in the area of EAM and logistics integration
• Experience with agile project methods such as SCRUM and SAFe
• Comfort working in a dynamic and constantly changing environment
• Understanding of application operations and lifecycle management for both on-premise systems and cloud solutions
• Active contribution to team development and knowledge expansion, including documentation (Confluence, SharePoint, SOLMAN)
• Induction into SOLMAN and SOLDOC, including status monitoring
