Sie unterstützen Anwender:innen bei Digitalisierungsprozessen, stellen den Informationsfluss sicher, übernehmen den 2nd-Level-Support und erstellen relevante Prozessdokumentationen. Wir erwarten eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Informatikbereich, sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie hohe Sozialkompetenz.
